Xaulanda Simmonds-Emmanuel served on the Executive Management team of the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital & Medical Center in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands for over a decade in various leadership roles until she moved to Minnesota in 2013. While there she served as Chief of Systems Services at a university and Branch Manager at a home health agency and successfully completed her Life Coach Practitioner and Mastery Level Certification from Learning Journeys International School of Coaching, which complements her transformational leadership style. In 2017, she moved to Orlando, Florida as a Senior Consultant with Urbander, specializing in Multicultural & Strategic Marketing, Business Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Currently, Xaulanda is the Chief Passion Officer of The XauSky Group, a firm she founded with her daughter to help small and medium-sized businesses find and fuel their passions by providing organizational development, consulting, and culturally relevant training offerings. Xaulanda has been a sought-after speaker and coach by some of central Florida’s and the US Virgin Islands’ most prominent forums. As a Ph.D. candidate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, with a BA in Business Administration and MBA in Healthcare Administration, Xaulanda applies sound research and empirical evidence to motivate employees and enhance organizational well-being, performance, and outcomes for her clients.
