Dr. Yesenia Justiniano is a wound care & Hyperbaric medicine specialist. She has over 10 years’ experience in wound care and hyperbaric medicine and was the founding physician and medical director of several hyperbaric medicine programs in Puerto Rico. Dr. Justiniano’s expertise has been recognized by several organizations and businesses that utilized her knowledge and expertise as a professional speaker on behalf of her organizations.
Dr. Justiniano has also worked as a medical director for multiple organizations. She had led teams of wound care specialists and created protocols that to this date continued to be used by these organizations. Dr. Justiniano received her medical degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She has multiple certifications in Wound Care, Wound Healing, and Hyperbaric Medicine. She completed her wound care internship at the Imperial Pointe Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Kamal Wahab
Kamal Wahab, MD, is Associate Medical Director for VITAS® Healthcare in Gainesville, Florida. He oversees the care of patients in their homes, nursing homes, and assisted living communities. He also educates community physicians and healthcare partners about the benefits and value of hospice and palliative care.
Driven by a passion for family and community, Dr. Wahab provides compassionate care catered to the needs of patients living with advanced illnesses. A background in geriatrics and family medicine informs his approach to care, defined by evidence-based medicine, open communication, and a sense of duty to patients and their families.

Dr. Wahab joined VITAS in 2021 following the completion of a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. He is a member of the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine and the American Geriatrics Society.
He also completed a geriatric medicine fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, during which he was bestowed the COVID-19 Recognition Award for steadfast service to his patients and the community during the pandemic’s peak.
Dr. Wahab earned his medical degree at the University of Balamand Faculty of Medicine and Medical Sciences in Achrafieh, Lebanon, at Saint George Medical Center. He completed a residency in family medicine at the American University of Beirut Medical Center in Lebanon and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at the American University of Beirut.

Scott Mitchell Hall, CHS, DMT is a Hyperbaric & Dive Medicine Specialist since 2012. Mitch began his hyperbaric career as a Certified Mixed-gas Commercial Diver, Diver Medical Technician, Hyperbaric Chamber Technician and Emergency Medical Technician. It was through his training in the treatment of injured divers that he discovered the healing effects of hyperbaric oxygen in a wide variety of injuries and diseases. Mitch was inspired to begin a journey into the medical profession where he sought to utilize this knowledge in a clinical setting.
Mitch studied hyperbaric medicine through the International Board of Undersea Medicine, the American College of Hyperbaric Medicine, the Commercial Diving Academy and the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society (UHMS). He received his board-certified Hyperbaric Specialist credentials through the American Board of Wound Healing while working as a hyperbaric chamber technician for a wound care physician and podiatric surgeon. He is also credentialed as a certified Dive Medicine Technologist and Advanced Hyperbaric Technician with the International Board of Undersea Medicine
After years of dedicated work Mitch founded Hyperbaric Health Services, a hyperbaric consulting service, and Hyperbaric Health Services – Palatka, a comprehensive hyperbaric & wound care center. Established in 2019, Hyperbaric Health Services – Palatka offers advanced wound care including hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with the latest advances in wound care modalities. Dr. Joseph Rosado
Originally from the Bronx, NY, Dr. Joseph Rosado moved down to the Central Florida region to work as an orderly and EMT/Paramedic. It was there that Dr. Rosado realized his passion for the medical profession. He started chiropractic school at Life College in Marietta, GA where he graduated cum laude with a BS degree in Clinical Nutrition and a doctor of chiropractic degree. After practicing for several years, he went on to Universidad Central del Este, in San Pedro de Macoris where in 2001 he graduated suma cum laude with his medical degree. After working as physician and clinic Director in Salt Lake City, UT, team physician for the Costa Rican Institute of Recreation and Sports, and staff physician at Hospital Metropolitano in San Juan, PR. Dr. Rosado relocated back to Florida in 2005 after completing his MBA in Health Care Management from University of Phoenix, magna cum laude. He worked as the Director of the Communicable Disease Division/Epidemiology and Immunization departments as well as the Sr. Lead Physician at St. Johns County Health Department.
Dr. Rosado then moved on to Tricounty Hospital in Williston, FL to be the medical director. At the same time, he worked in a private practice with the Institute of Medical and Cardiovascular Excellence (IME/ICE) in Williston and The Villages providing primary and functional/regenerative care. Upon resigning from both Tricounty Hospital and ICE, he worked as a temporary (Locum Tenens) physician at the North FL Evaluation and Treatment Center in Gainesville, FL, Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, FL, Escambia County Jail in Pensacola, FL, Florida Health Source in Pierson/Deltona, FL and Genesis Family Practice in Orange City, FL.
He was on the bureau of speakers for the United For Care (Amendment 2) campaign in 2014 and 2016. In 2015, Dr. Rosado took both the Florida Physicians Cannabis Course and the Florida Cannabis Medical Directors Course so that by Summer of 2016, he was the first to recommend high CBD:low THC in the greater Central Florida region to an adult patient with Stage 3 brain cancer. By Fall of 2016, he was the first to recommend medical cannabis (THC:CBD 1:1), in the state of FL, to a pediatric patient, who was terminally ill.

Dr. Jose I. Delgado
Dr. Jose I. Delgado is the CEO and President of Taino Consultants, a healthcare consulting company assisting healthcare professionals and organizations for over 20 years. Dr. DeAndrea is an Integrative Medicine Physician, a traditionally trained medical doctor that unites many healing modalities.
